Melisa Genaux, M.Ed.
Melisa Genaux works with school districts across the country as a consultant and trainer in the areas of Asperger Syndrome, Autism Spectrum Disorders, behavior and classroom management, applied behavioral analysis, social skills instruction, consultation skills, and legal/compliance issues. She has worked for many years as a program supervisor and special education coordinator, served as the Behavior and Autism Specialist for Jordan and Davis School Districts in Salt Lake City, Utah, and has been a professional consultant to the Utah State Office of Education.
Recognized nationally as an expert in her field, Melisa now directs and presents at workshops and conferences for teachers, parents, school administrators, and related services staff. In addition, she provides extensive consultation services to schools in program development and individual student case management. She is a recipient of multiple awards from the Utah Council for Children with Behavioral Disorders and has published articles in the Utah Special Educator as well as the national Behavioral Disorders Journal. She has written and produced videos for LRP Publications and has been a speaker at the LRP National Institute on Legal Issues of Educating Students with Disabilities for the past 12 years.
Kathie Keeler, Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Kathie Keeler is a professional counselor and life coach with over 20 years of experience in individual, group, and family therapy. She works with all age groups and has extensive expertise in the areas of depression, anxiety disorders, drug and alcohol addiction, sexual abuse, burnout solutions, and family dynamics. Kathie has experience as an elementary school teacher and has taught classes in Taiwan and China, as well as at the University of Utah.
Kathie is currently the director of Resolutions, Inc., an organization that provides a variety of counseling and social services to her local community. She is a professional speaker, a certified divorce mediator, and a certified drug and alcohol counselor. Kathie is a member of the National Association of Social Workers.
